We are looking for a full-time Project Scheduler to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Manager of Project Services. We have multiple opportunities across Canada. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

March provides engineering, procurement, project, and construction management services to a variety of resource-based industrial and commercial enterprises. Position Overview
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver project results, on schedule and within budget limits
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule to meet objectives.
- Manage and mentor planners/schedulers, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.
- Create and refine detailed schedules, identify critical paths, and set baselines.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling issues.
- Manage vendor and contractor schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Update schedules and address impacts when changes occur.
- Calculate earned value and monitor project performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of as a planner in multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
- Mining, mineral processing, or similar industrial experience is considered a strong asset
- Experience with project management software tools (Primavera P6, SAP, Microsoft Projects)
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices
- Familiarity with estimating, tendering, and risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and analyze problems, create innovative solutions, and make informed decisions to facilitate project success

Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience.
